Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, occasionally we may sell out of an item  You will be notified via email or refunded promptly should there be any issue with an order.

 

SHIPPING

Free Shipping for all orders over $75 Australia Wide and over $199 for Rest of World

We aim to have your items sent out to you within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving your cleared payment.   We use Australia Post (regular post service) for both Australian Domestic and International Deliveries.  Shipping time does vary based on region, for further information please refer to their website www.auspost.com.au  

If fast or urgent shipping is required we have an Express Post option and strongly suggest contacting our customer service team to ensure prompt attention sales@sweetchildofmine.com.au 

Tracking numbers will be supplied with your shipping confirmation and once item is shipped you can follow its progress online.  

Once your order has shipped, all delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post using your online tracking number.  Should you wish for registered post please contact for pricing.  No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen parcels or if incorrect addresses are supplied.

W.A CUSTOMERS - please note, as we ship from the East Coast of Australia delivery can take more than 7 - 10 working days.  We suggest choosing the Express Post Upgrade option for a prompter service.

RETURNS

Change of mind returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of product.  Product must be in original condition - please contact us at info@sweetchildofmine.com.au to obtain an RA number for refund or exchange.  Return postage is at customers expense and using a traceable service is recommended.  Please ensure you quote your RA number on the package to ensure prompt handling.  

FOR CHRISTMAS PURCHASES, we are extending our returns period.  For any product purchased as Chrissie gifts between Nov 21th - Dec 22nd we will accept returns provided you have contacted us before or on Dec 30th !

For any faults or defects please contact us and we will happily arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue.

 

Please note any items "on sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.  No further discounts/offers apply to sale product.
